Attending patients in Gastro unit.
Detailed history writing in case sheet..
Identifying correct issues in a case & manage accordingly.
Formulating further treatment plan &filling up the medicine card.
Regular follow up & documentation if any change.
To be available during consultation visit and patient attendant visit.
To prepare discharge Summary after plan for discharge.
Assisting Consultant during procedures.
