Designation: Senior UI / UX Designer
Core Responsibilities
Create designs, concepts, and layouts as per the standard principles, esthetics for design /layout concepts in collaboration with Client stakeholders. Essentially deliver world class user interaction designs, from concept through to launch.
Producing designs to help the entire product team understand the desired customer experience: storyboards, flows, wireframes and prototypes.
Manage basic level of usability testing for prototypes. Quickly collect and decipher feedback for rapid iteration of the product design.
Work in partnership with product management, visual design, and engineering to deliver the desired experience on time and within budget.
Design for different screen sizes /devices , developing layouts/designs which are responsive and change as per variety of platforms including smartphones, tablets, and web browsers.
Requirements
Minimum 5+ years experience in human-computer interaction, usability and user interface design best practices.
Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent) in design or user experience.
Prior Experience developing designs / layouts for web based applications or products.
Working knowledge of web application design using HTML, DHTML, CSS, Javascript.Software application design experience a real plus. Knowledge of CSS3/HTML5 capabilities will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Omnigraffle, Flash, etc.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface directly with customers.
Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and work under pressure.
Knowledge of healthcare settings a plus but not necessary.
