Job Description
1) Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Development: Ensure the development happens as according to project timeline.
2) Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Integration: Flawless integration of various vehicle systems. Ensure appropriate design changes from the base vehicle without compromise to fit, form, and function of the vehicle.
3) Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Development: Ensure testing & development of prototypes to achieve the system targets /functional image of the Vehicle systems
4) Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Development: Ensure Implementation / Production of the Vehicle to ensure that the product is delivered as per the agreed target date
5) Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Development: To lead the team to deliver cost/quality/time target by review, guiding, supporting, driving & resolving technical as well as softer issues
6) Sustainability Initiative: Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Variants: Explore avenues to try out electric power-train kit and hybridizing various M&M production/under-development vehicles aimed at reducing gasoline & diesel dependency and reducing carbon foot-print.
