Planning, Execution, co ordination with clients, subcontractors & vendors etc.
Ensuring proper supervision of erection activities as per network.
Coordination and review with client to enable carry out site erection as per schedule.
Co ordination with H.O to update day to day activities of site.
Ensure that work is carried out keeping safety of work men.
Ensure that proper security arrangements are done.
Organizing unloading and storing the materials at site in the open yard and storage shed properly.
To take care of contractual responsibilities at sites & ensure that there is no delay in execution of job
Submitting invoices for receiving payments/follow up for the same.
Ensuring other administrative activities like Guest house/Transportation/Govt. Authorities/Statutory Compliances.
