Experience- 20+ years

Minimum Graduate
15-25 years experience with at least 7 years as Service head in automobile industry
Comfortable to work in matrix structure with more than one superiors
Can handle confusion and guide the direct reports clearly for the organizational goals
Should be able to maintain nice and cordial relationships with peers and get the jobs done
Hands on approach to establish policies and procedures
