Experience: 1+ Year in Similar Profile

Required Education: Graduate (Any). Having excellent overall functional knowledge and Computer Savvy.

Job Description:

• Achievement of TRS target (i.e. Hotels).
• Ensuring conversion of business enquries from implants/back office and direct customers in to business
• Maintain service delivery standards and customer satisfaction
• Relationship Management with the customer and vendors
• Operational & functional audit compliance to ensure meeting of customer expectations
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory schedules & company policies
