Dear Candidate,


We are currently hiring Front Desk Executive for our development centre in Mumbai.


Role : Front Desk Executive
Exp : 1 - 3 yrs
Job location: Andheri, Mumbai

Responsibilites:

1. Taking care of the front desk.
2. Answering visitors queries and phone calls.
3. Coordinating travel arrangements, Ticketing/ Hotel Bookings.
4. Maintaining office equipment inventories.
5. Composing and preparing correspondence, create  reports,Documents.
6. Maintaining database, files.
7. Maintaining office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
8. Ability to work in MS-office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
9. Should have good oral and written communication.
