Job Description
Responsible for preventive maintenance, carrying out modifications and efficient running of the Engineering Department in the Hotel.
- Manage all workmen, technicians in the department.
- Ensure the most efficient use of heat, light & power. Conserve energy wherever possible.
- Constantly check & maintain a checklist pertaining to all equipment installed in the Hotel.
- Make a planned preventive maintenance chart for the Hotel.
- Prepare capital & repairs and maintenance budgets & present the same for approval.
- Carry out all periodic requirements.
- Prepare and develop methods for greater productivity and economical operations of equipment by ensuring their optimum upkeep & maintenance.
