  • Provide high quality reservations related services via phone, fax, e-mail to leading Hospitality client in the area served by the Reservations Centre.
  • To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Reservations Centre, supervising and co-ordinating between all departments within the centre.
  • To strive for high levels of guest satisfaction and produce maximum room revenues, whilst adhering to the standards required by the department. technical troubleshooting assistance.
  •  Meet customer defined levels of Quality in Operations.

Chief Engineer

Job Description

Responsible for preventive maintenance, carrying out modifications and efficient running of the Engineering Department in the Hotel.
  • Manage all workmen, technicians in the department.
  • Ensure the most efficient use of heat, light & power. Conserve energy wherever possible.
  • Constantly check & maintain a checklist pertaining to all equipment installed in the Hotel.
  • Make a planned preventive maintenance chart for the Hotel.
  • Prepare capital & repairs and maintenance budgets & present the same for approval.
  • Carry out all periodic requirements.
  • Prepare and develop methods for greater productivity and economical operations of equipment by ensuring their optimum upkeep & maintenance.
