Job Description

Responsible for maintenance of Desktop hardware / Diskless System
Maintenance of basic network
Desktop back- up & formatting as per requirement
Basic application trouble shooting on daily basis
Printers & Scanner maintenance and carry out trouble shooting if any
Maintain hardware asset record and update on regular basis
Assisting IT manager in the day- to- day activities and to carry out any other duties as assigned
Assembling / Installation of various operating systems such as windows 2000/ 2003/ 2008, Xp/ 7/ 8
Installing various Application software, Patches, Anti- virus, etc
Installation, configuration of network printers, Scanners, Desk jet and Laser jet printers.
Responsible for handling Internet related issue.
Installation & troubleshooting of mailing software ( MS Outlook, Outlook Express) .
Handling Email System, Creating Email users / Forward accounts, Email Backups etc.
Daily Handing IT Support Tickets
Monitoring Desktop and Server logs for Preventive Action
CRM Application Support to Users
All EDP related Activities
Installation of IIS Server / Ms- Access / SQL Server will be Added Advantage
