Responsible for achieving annual sales budget by maximization of promotion and sales activity of Diagnostic products like instruments and reagents for our four main line of products namely Biochemistry Reagents & Equipments like Analyzer, BTR, etc; Immunology products like Blood Banking kits - (HIV, HCB, HBSAG, THYROID, etc); Haematology equipments and Reagents and Microbiology - Equipments and Reagents


Key Deliverables

1. Achieve budgeted product mix sales and collections.
2. Detail the products technically to the customers
3. Responsible for securing the Annual Rate Contracts at Govt. Institutes in the territory.
4. Participating in tenders, preparation of bids.
5. Handling Channel Sale partners in the territory
6. Managing the account receivables.

Essential Qualifications & Abilities and Experience: -

(i)Sister, Gr.I with 2 years of regular service in the grade Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs.4800/- or equivalent in any Govt/ Autonomous body under Govt/ PSU Hospital or in a tertiary care / teaching hospital.

(ii) Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognised Institution or Equivalent qualification for nurses.

(iii) Should be a registered 'A' grade Nurse and Midwife with a State Nursing Council or equivalent qualification for nurses.


Desirable Qualification & Experience:-

(i) B.Sc. (Hons) Nursing (4 year course) or

(ii) B.Sc. (Post-certificate) or equivalent such as B.Sc. Nursing (Post-basic) (2 year course) from a recognised institute/university.

(iii) Should be registered with the Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council

(iv) MSc (Nursing) from a recognized institute / university

(v) Ability to use computers - Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: B.E. / MSc or equivalent in Electronics or Instrumentation with minimum 60% marks from a Govt. recognized institute. Minimum one-year experience in electronic equipment maintenance, preferably in a biological research laboratory.
