Job Description

Responsibilities: The role is responsible primarily for support the MOS CF Lead in design, fine tune, develop contents & communications for roll out local Talent Management & Development Processes and develop contents & communications, coordination with MOS CF partners to roll out Global People Processes (PMS etc.) in India. Analysis & Tracking of MOS CF Scorecard and coordination on inputs from MOS LO and MOS CFs to roll out monthly scorecard. Custodian for Pfizer India HC. Lead/ support in developing R&R strategies and processes. Benchmark Best HR practices with industry Pharma & other sectors to identify & build upon opportunities.
