Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Job Description Responsibilities:
The role is responsible primarily for support the MOS CF Lead in design, fine tune, develop contents & communications for roll out local Talent Management & Development Processes and develop contents & communications, coordination with MOS CF partners to roll out Global People Processes (PMS etc.) in India. Analysis & Tracking of MOS CF Scorecard and coordination on inputs from MOS LO and MOS CFs to roll out monthly scorecard. Custodian for Pfizer India HC. Lead/ support in developing R&R strategies and processes. Benchmark Best HR practices with industry Pharma & other sectors to identify & build upon opportunities.

The delivery of the business and people strategies for few of the EFs in the country. The focus is to be a business partner in retaining and developing talent whilst building winning teams as well as provide the various HR support and transactional services to the business.

1. Headcount Custodianship:
*Custodian of HC for Pfizer India
*Coordinate with various BU s, EF s and MOS CF Partners to track, maintain HC
*Bring external focus by industry benchmarking & internal focus by trend analysis

2. Performance Management and Other Global People Processes:
*Develop content & Communications for roll out of Performance Management System and other Global People Processes at Pfizer India
*Develop, Design & roll out internal diagnostic surveys
*Pfizer engagement survey roll out coordinating with MOS CF partners
*Custodian of follow up actions basis survey findings
*Drive & champion the Performance Management System for respective client function
*Facilitate the Team Objective Setting and Performance Calibration meetings for client functions
*Drive Performance Enhancement Plan for weak performers

3. Talent Planning:
*Assist the MOS CF Lead in Talent Planning Process for Management colleagues
*Central custodian for MOS CF for Talent Planning Process of Field colleagues while coordinating with MOS CF Partners

4. Talent Development:
*Assist in developing & Implementation of the Line Manager coaching program
*Assist in design & drive the Talent Development Program
*Coach line managers of client functions in designing and executing actionable and robust development plans for their colleagues
*Execute agreed Organizational Upgrade Plans

5. Learning and Development:
*Conduct a training and development needs analysis, design and facilitate the delivery of a comprehensive training and development plan.
*Cultivate a development culture and build a learning organisation.

6. Compensation and Benefits:
*Facilitate the annual Salary Review process and ensure Reward Differentiation of individuals through line managers.

7. Policies and Practices:
*Ensure communication and promote compliance of Blue Book, FCPA and other local HR policies to all colleagues.
*Interpret and coach line managers on company policies and practices.

8.Employee Relations:
*Coach and guide Line Managers to handle employee relations situations.
*Strive to create positive work climate by continuous dialogue with colleagues to minimize the impact of tough employee relations situations.
