Graduates / Postgraduates with minimum of 2 years experience in Dealer Management in Automotive Products / Spare parts / Consumer Durable Products.

Candidate should be computer literate.

Experience:

Graduate/Diploma Holders with 4-5 years experience with automobile background.

Job Description

Post Sr Service Engineer Experience: 2 to 6 yrs
Job Profile:
Workshop management, provide after sale service and technical support to dealers
Monitor control and improve service performance
Warranty management and quality improvement
Provide customer support.
Monitor and support service activity at dealer location
Control spares/consumables stock and their improvement.
Problem solving ability.
Strong on system and process orientation.
Maintain the necessary record and submit reports as specified by the organization.
The selected candidates will co-ordinate with sales team for various activities when needed.

Education
BE/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 2-6 years of experience in Automobile Industry is Must.
Candidates from 2wheeler, 3 wheeler or 4 wheeler OEMs can apply only. The candidate must be working on companys payroll or third party payroll (like addecco, team lease etc). Profiles from dealers payroll will not work.
