HRSS Corporate Services, Manager

Job Description

Will have full responsibility for delivering Corporate Services activities that support the GHRSS team and the wider Xchanging HR team globally. They will be responsible for managing the employees in the Corporate Services team who will be handling the assigned processes including risk management and business continuity planning, quality management and accreditation, Operational and corporate HR reporting, Programme Management Office (PMO) support to special projects and policy management. They will have full responsibility for delivering HR Corporate Services to multiple countries as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) Ownership of all employees within the Corporate Services team
