HRSS Corporate Services, Manager

Job Description Will have full responsibility for delivering Corporate Services activities that support the GHRSS team and the wider Xchanging HR team globally. They will be responsible for managing the employees in the Corporate Services team who will be handling the assigned processes including risk management and business continuity planning, quality management and accreditation, Operational and corporate HR reporting, Programme Management Office (PMO) support to special projects and policy management.
They will have full responsibility for delivering HR Corporate Services to multiple countries as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Ownership of all employees within the Corporate Services team
Desired Profile Managing a team within a Shared Service environment - Eg : Recruitment, Performance Management, Benefits, Leaves, Queries, HR Operation, Absence, Contact Centre ( managing BPO/service offering)
Leading / senior management of a complex HR operation
Using HR best practice solutions to resolve business driven issues
Ability to prioritise & complete tasks within a fast paced, high pressurised environment
Communicating with staff and managers at all levels
Creating an innovative and results driven culture
Past experience of working at a senior level within a Shared Service organisation would be an advantage
Experience 8 - 10 Years
