- Achieving the targets as per business plan.
- Ensure that the team adopt and adhere to the company dress code in order to promote a positive and professional image at all times.
- Monitoring sales performance against last year, last week on a daily and weekly basis and give the feedback to the reporting Manager and also communicate to the team.
- Analyzing the BESTSELLER and the WORSTSELLER on weekly basis.
- Interacting with the Merchandiser for the Replenishment of stock on a timely
- Maintain Visual Impact of the Stock by Maintaining Stock Presentation as well as Stock Rotation
- To maintain correct inventory of the store, accordingly do the stock correction
- To build and enhance customer relationship.
Salary:
INR 2,50,000 - 4,00,000 P.A
