Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct Business Development & Sales for region.
Monitor competitor activity & customer service standards
Liaison with statutory authorities & Industry bodies to represent concerns with respect to organization / industry issues.
Co-ordinate internal audit activities for the northern region with the objective of meeting sales target for the defined region within the overall business strategy and plan.
Knowledge and Skills:
Technical product knowledge
Sales and Marketing Knowledge
Customer Orientation
Relationship Management Skills
Negotiation Skills
Business Understanding:
Good understanding of the trucks in India
Minimum Experience:
BE with 4 to 6 years of experience in Heavy Commercials Sales, Key Account Mgt, direct customer handling.
Fluency in Kannada.
