Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating delivery of all aspects of specific digital marketing campaigns, including timely implementation of web edits, social media, webcast/video, metrics, SEO / SEM, and cross-promotion.
Document and project manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns
Drive timely execution of digital campaigns, including synchronized launch of multiple digital elements such as an HTML web edit, social media, content sharing and promotion via mobile
Work seamlessly with multiple agencies, department head and MIS team. And responsible for a data-driven analysis of a campaigns success stand-alone and in comparison to other campaigns
Developing and managing the strategic marketing goals for digital presence of the company
Creation of new pay per click accounts across Google, Yahoo! & MSN
Experience of managing multiple projects across Google, Yahoo! & MSN
Generate quality traffic to the website to ensure good booking conversion rates
Work with and manage agencies to drive traffic from various online sources
Conceptualize innovative experiential marketing campaigns
BTL marketing
Formulation of marketing and promotions plans / tactics
Evaluate and recommend appropriate events and exhibitions for participation and sponsorship.
Activating Tie-ups for promotions for the brand and execution across India.
Developing and implementing a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute
Monitor impact of campaigns and provide feedback to all concerned parties.
Managing the media & creative agencies (brand custodian/ maintain all creative database) & ensure continuous coordination
Implementing and monitoring the Policies and Procedures, standards and guidelines of Marketing while adhering to Branding standards and strategy.
Creating and executing the branding touch points and consistency in the look and feel of the Brand across all channels
Marketing Collaterals to be consistent across the departments
Completing all the legal formalities with the agencies
Market Research and events
Managing research agencies for brand tracking and other marketing and consumer research
Conceptualization and execution of initiatives towards acquisition, activation and brand building through various events.

Candidates with hands on experience in Digital / Online Marketing, SEO, Content marketing, Viral Marketing, Analytics, Social media, PPC. Email marketing, building relationship, communication skills, product and user understanding.
Demonstrated ability in crafting & developing compelling audience-specific messages and tools (videos, customer success stories, whitepapers, presentations, demos, how to guides etc.), to be used on the web, live events and in campaigns.
