Assistant Manager, HR
Reporting will be responsible for understanding requirements from the
Senior Management and BU Heads / HRAs and converting them into
meaningful reports/analytics. He / She will have knowledge of various HR
Processes including workforce planning, recruitment, attrition,
performance evaluation, compensation and its components. This position
would also be accountable for development and production of monthly and
quarterly dashboards circulated to top management of the organization to
facilitate effective business decision making. Roles & Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Development of strong working relationships with HR specialists and analytics colleagues regionally and globally to build and enhance reporting functionality Creative and proactive in providing HR analytics Provide Support and Reporting on various HR
processes conducted monthly and annually e.g. Headcount Report,
Attrition reports and Presentations, Monthly Business Review etc
Play role in year-end compensation planning, including contributing to
summary of global compensation, contributing to annual budgeting and
forecasting processes Ad Hoc reporting related to various HR Processes and Workforce
Turnover metrics number of exits and turnover percentage for a
given population over a given period, including back-up details Requests for new hire data number of new joiners, details of new joiners for a given population over a given period Periodic reporting and analysis of key hires and Exits Key Performance Indicators: On-Time delivery of reports and monthly dashboards Accuracy of Reports Generated (error free reporting) Process documentation Automation and Process improvement initiatives Capabilities/Key Competencies: Flexibility (Open to Change) Adapts effectively to changing plans and priorities Stays on target to complete goals regardless of obstacles or adverse circumstances Rigorous follow ups through on all commitments to achieve results |

Qualification Requirements:
MBA in HR from a reputed Business School or Graduate with minimum 4-5 years experience into HR Analytics |
