-Call Management: High quality pf call (detailing) / Call Compliance.
-Product promotion and marketing.
-Developing & maintaining good relationship with doctors/pharmacy/people.
-To Achieve given Sales Target.
-Meet assigned sales and market share objectives of the assigned territory
- Manage and deliver sales and margin as per the budget
- Create and manage the distribution network
- Ensure timely availability of products, invoicing, and collections
- Monitor the market conditions and competitor activities on an on-going basis
- Manage sales within the territory assigned
- Manage key accounts and key decision making authorities
