Executive/ Sr. Executive - HR & Admin Assistant

Job Description

  1. Recruitment - facilitate interviews in co-ordination with Suzlon recruitment team.
  2. Creation of Job Description along with REPI team.
  3. Co-ordination and Execution of employee on Boarding including induction of employee.
  4. Coordinate and ensure all employees are equipped with IT facilities/Email IDs/Seating/ID cards/Business Cards/Stationery/Cabinets etc.
  5. Employees details to be uploaded in SAP.
  6. Develpo and execute a Training Plan/Calendar for new and existing employees.
  7. submit monthly HR reports to RESE/act as SPOC to RESE HR/keep RESE HR informed about HR developments, upcoming employee-related payments, etc.
  8. Develop & Execute Employee Engagement activities  in line with REP policies and guidance.
  9. Maintenance & Version control of Organization charts for RE Power.
  10. Ensure compliance of REPI policies in line with Suzlon policies.
  11. Resolve queries/provide guidance on various policies & procedures/ Resolution of Payroll related queries.
  12. Handle Exit Formalities - Provide details & documentation to Corp. HR/ Release relieving Letter & Experience Letter.
  13. Preparation of International Travel & Visa related documentation for RE Power.
  14. Co-ordinate with internal & external customers for information and data.
  15. Act as an interface between the company anmployee Salaried Accounts.
  16. Handle Administrative grievances.
  17. Schedule and coordinate Meetings, Appointments for REP officersiting India.
  18. Prepare agendas for meetings and schedules.
  19. Record Compile, Transcribe and Distribute minutes of meetings.
  20. Coordinate for the maintenance of office equipment and supplier.
