Develop HR Plans and strategy for the unit aligned with manufacturing objectives and corporate direction. Talent Management of the unit from recruitment to retirement. Handling unions and ensure labour settlement reaping beneficial outcomes to the organization. Contract labour management. Unit Township and estate management. CSR activities around the plant for neighborhood management and community development. |
Desired Profile | The candidate should be MBA in HR/ M.S.W (Labour Welfare & Personnel Management) with 10-15 years of experience in a manufacturing industry. Plant working is a must with strong exposure in handling labour unions and wage settlements along with exposure in various HR practices. Language proficiency in Marathi is a must. |
